½ LB Ground Beef
2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
3-4 Slices of bacon , cooked and crumbled
? C Shredded Cheese
Season ground beef to your desired taste with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of ranch
Separate your met into 2 sections. Take 1 section and divide in half.
In a small bowl, mix shredded cheese, chopped/cooked bacon and 1 tbsp of ranch dressing
Take 2 halves of the meat and press it out in your hands into 2 large meat patties. Scoop half of the ranch/cheese/bacon mixture into the middle of one meat patty.
Take the other meat patty and press down the edges to seal in the ranch/cheese/bacon mixture. Repeat
Heat iron skillet to medium-high heat and grease with olive oil.
Cook and brown each side for approximately 5-6 minutes. Let the burgers rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.
