This slow braised pork is so amazing served on a bed of Spaghetti Squash. I hope you plan to put it on your menu soon!

1 lb. Pork stew meat
1 Tbsp Flour
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 15 oz. can Stewed Tomatoes
1 Tbsp diced Garlic
1 large Spaghetti Squash
Parmesan Cheese Crumbles
Fresh Basil
In a bowl, coat meat with flour, garlic salt, pepper, & Italian seasoning.
STEP - 2Heat olive oil in an oven-proof skillet.
STEP - 3Brown meat in oil.
STEP - 4Pour in stewed tomatoes and garlic.
STEP - 5Cover and place skillet in 300? oven for 1 1/2 hours.
STEP - 6To cook Spaghetti Squash, cut in half length wise.
STEP - 7Scoop out seeds. Place face down in a dish and cover with plastic wrap.
STEP - 8Microwave 8-10 minutes (longer if needed).
STEP - 9Allow to cool slightly and use a fork to pull out strands.
STEP - 10Place spaghetti squash in a large bowl.
STEP - 11Pour meat sauce over top.
STEP - 12Garnish with parmesan cheese and chopped basil. ENJOY!
