Easy Hummus

Have you tried Hummus? It is so good! It is one of those addicting dips that unlike most dips is not horrible for you. It is naturally gluten free and high in protein. It doesn't take very long to whip together a batch of Hummus. Grab your blender and a can of Chick Peas!

Easy Hummus


2 cans Garbanzo Beans, rinsed & drained

1/4 C. Tahini

1/3 C. Lemon Juice

1/2 Tsp Salt

1 Tbsp minced Garlic

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

2-4 Tbsp Water

Paprika for garnish


    STEP - 1

    Combine beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt, garlic, olive oil in a blender.

    STEP - 2

    Pulse the blender.

    STEP - 3

    Add water a tablespoon at a time until you get a smooth consistency.

    STEP - 4

    Pour into a serving dish.

    STEP - 5

    Sprinkle paprika to garnish.
