1 quart cabbage, shredded
1⁄4 cup carrot, shredded
1⁄4 cup green pepper, chopped
1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon jerk seasoning (see #91493 from Chia)
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots & green peppers. Set aside.
STEP - 2In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar & Jerk seasoning.
STEP - 3Pour over cabbage mixture & toss well.
