Oatmeal Cinnamon Pancakes

If you love pancakes, but are trying to eat a little healthier like me, then this is the perfect Pancake for you! They are soooo good! These babies were easy to whip out in the morning using my Ninja Blender to mix the batter.

Oatmeal Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

1 C. Old Fashioned Oats

1 3/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/8 Tsp Nutmeg

2 Tsp Cinnamon

1/2 Tsp Vanilla

2 Eggs

1 Tbsp Honey

1 C. Milk

1 Tbsp Vegetable or Coconut Oil

Directions

    STEP - 1

    Using a blender or food processor, grind the oats into a flour.

    STEP - 2

    Add remaining ingredients into blender and pulse until well combined.

    STEP - 3

    Allow batter to sit for 5-10 minutes for best results.

    STEP - 4

    Heat a large griddle, spray lightly with cooking spray.

    STEP - 5

    Pour approx. 1/4 C per pancake. ENJOY!
