    STEP - 1

    Put potatoes, onions, salt and water in cooker.

    STEP - 2

    Close cooker.

    STEP - 3

    Bring to full pressure on high heat.

    STEP - 4

    Reduce heat and cook for 3 minutes Remove cooker from heat.

    STEP - 5

    allow to cool naturally, till there is no pressure inside cooker Open cooker.

    STEP - 6

    Mix the mixture smooth in a blender or mash it through a sieve.

    STEP - 7

    Return soup to cooker.

    STEP - 8

    Add milk and pepper.

    STEP - 9

    Place cooker on medium heat and bring to boil, stirring constantly.

    STEP - 10

    Add cheese and stir till cheese melts.

    STEP - 11

    Serve immediately, garnish with parsley.
